Simagic certainly hasn’t been sitting still in 2026. After the release of their new Alpha EVO Ultra wheelbase, which we had the chance to review earlier, Simagic is now also introducing a new set of pedals. Simagic already had a solid range of pedal sets, including the P2000, P1000, P500, and their various versions. The new pedal set, called the Simagic P700 Pedal Set, will, as the numbers suggest, sit between the P500 and P1000.

We were more than happy to take the opportunity to review these new pedals. For this review, we received the P700 2-pedal set, priced at $189.00 (±€166.50), the separate C-P700 clutch pedal worth $59.00 (±€52.00), and three P-HPR GT Linear Haptic Pedal Reactors including the power supply, priced at $142.00 (±€125.00). All prices mentioned above include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

Packaging & contents

For logistical reasons, we had the Simagic shipment sent to a pickup point this time instead of having it delivered to our home. We picked up quite a stack of boxes and brought them home, ready to have a good look at everything. The shipment for the Simagic P700 Pedal Set consists of no fewer than seven boxes. One for the pedal set, one for the clutch, one for the P700 Wall Mount, three for the P-HPR GT Linear Haptic Pedal Reactors, and finally one separate box for the power supply.

The first box we are going to dive into is the box containing the P700 pedal set itself. It is a black rectangular box with a prominent product photo on the top. The Simagic branding and product name are placed in the upper corners. On the bottom of the box, we find a white drawing showing the front and side views of the product, along with a packing list and a whole series of small print in various languages warning for choking hazards.

We open the box from the front, after which we can fold open the top. On the inside of the lid, the words “P700 Built for your first win” are stylishly printed in white. We think this is a nice little addition. When we look inside the box, we traditionally find a quick guide and a sticker sheet first, both placed on top of a black foam cover. Removing this cover, which has two small cut-outs on the sides for easy removal, reveals the actual contents of the box.

Under this cover is a block of black foam that fills the entire volume of the box. All the parts of the pedal set are neatly tucked into cut-outs in the foam. Here we find the throttle pedal, brake pedal and two plastic bags. The first bag contains all…
