iniBuilds has shared a new aircraft development update during FSimUK 2026 in Bristol, outlining its plans for the Airbus A380 and A350 V1 Airliners for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The announcement, presented during CEO Ubaid Mussa’s appearance at the John James Bristol Foundation theatre at Aerospace Bristol on 10 October, previews updates to both aircraft, including PlayStation 5 compatibility for the A380 and a substantial overhaul of the A350’s (V1) LNAV and flight model.

iniBuilds also shared extensive news regarding the Airbus A350 V2, and a completely new aircraft, the Bombardier Global 6000.

A380 Airliner

Following the release of the Airbus A380 Airliner in September, iniBuilds has continued working on improvements to the aircraft, where version 1.0.4 has now been submitted to Microsoft for review.

One of the main additions in this update is compatibility with the PlayStation 5 version of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

However, iniBuilds noted that compatibility work here is still subject to testing and validation. If PS5 is not ready for version 1.0.4, the feature will be introduced with version 1.0.5 instead.

Version 1.04 is also expected to include further improvements and refinements to the existing aircraft, although a detailed changelog has not yet been provided.

A350 Airliner Version 1.2.7

In addition to the A380, iniBuilds provided an overview of the upcoming version 1.2.7 update for the Airbus A350 Airliner, which is currently targeted for release towards the end of October.

A major focus of the update is improving stability, particularly in the aircraft’s WebAssembly (WASM) systems module.

To help identify and resolve crashes that are difficult to reproduce internally, iniBuilds is introducing an automatic crash-reporting system, similar to the one on the A380. At first load, you will be able to opt in to the feature, which allows iniBuilds to collect information about crashes occurring during individual flights.

Another significant change concerns the aircraft’s lateral navigation (LNAV).

According to iniBuilds, 1.2.7 will improve both the route geometry displayed on the navigation displays and the basic guidance programming the aircraft uses to follow the programmed flight path.

These changes will include improvements to turn anticipation, route transitions and aircraft tracking, and hopefully provide more accurate and…
