As part of today’s Scenery development update, iniBuilds has provided a detailed look at Dubai International V2 (OMDB) for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, previewing a monumental rebuild of one of their most popular sceneries.
Dubai V2 was first confirmed in IniBuilds’ previous scenery update; however, today’s announcement gives us a clearer picture of the intended scope.
iniBuilds says large parts of Dubai International are being rebuilt, replaced, or expanded, built specifically with MSFS 2024 in mind.
The original Dubai was released back in 2023, for MSFS 2020, several years ago, using the techniques and simulator capabilities of that time.
Since then, iniBuilds notes that they have developed airports such as Chicago O’Hare, Manchester, London City, and Malta, and says the experience gained from those projects has changed how they now approach new scenery projects.
