Aerosoft has finally made the jump to MSFS 2024 with one of their popular scenery add-ons from MSFS 2020: Offshore Landmarks: North Sea.
This product was first released for MSFS 2020 in November of 2022, alongside the 40th Anniversary version of the sim. The 40th anniversary edition of the sim included support for helicopters, and Offshore Landmarks gave everyone a playground to fly them.
In this native MSFS 2024 release of Offshore Landmarks, Aerosoft takes advantage of the sim’s features, such as the ability to exit your helicopter and walk around. Every structure, walkway, ship, and crane is walkable, something you couldn’t do in the 2020 version.
With MSFS 2024 fully supporting helicopters, a new territory to explore is available.
